Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's been more than 24 hours since you submitted your deep intake form and you still haven't received it, email us at support@cheater.report with the email address you used at checkout and we'll look into it right away.

I need to update my intake form answers

If you submitted your deep intake form and want to add or change details before your Clarity File is generated, email us at support@cheater.report with your corrections. We'll make sure your file reflects the updated information.

I have a billing question or need a refund

For any payment-related issues — including duplicate charges, failed payments, or refund requests — email us at support@cheater.report. Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.

Is my information really private?

Yes. We take your privacy extremely seriously. Your results and personal details are encrypted and never shared with third parties for marketing. Payments are processed through Stripe, and we never see your full card details. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
